This retreat is a time take a real break in the beautiful conservation area of Dalyan, Turkey
A class is held each moring at approx 8am beginning with pranayama (breathing) and meditation practice, followed by refreshing dynamice vinyasa sequences and a chance to work towards asanas (postures) that you may feel are out of reach, according to the requirements of the group. In the evening we hold a second practice which will include a yin practice with meditation techniques for personal transformation.
Yoga retreats are very relaxing. The day can be organised or free as you choose, to explore the sites of Dalyan, rest by the pool or enjoy the nearby 7 Kilometre golden sand beach, plus much more.
Dalyan is a truly fabulous location. It is a conservation area due to the turtles nesting on the beach and the venue is a new purpose built yoga venue. There are also hot springs and mud baths, wildlife in abundance and boat trips. In September the temperature is usually really pleasant, and certainly bikini weather.
Price - £380 double or twin room; £445 single room. This includes ensuite accomodation, all yoga, breakfasts, 5 evening meals.
