anoushka's favourite quotes
"There is no greater teacher than one's own practical example. To be really benevolent therefore means that I must first change, then I have the power, the knowledge and the experience of thinking and doing for the ultimate benefit of all."
from Bramha Kumaris

testimony from students
"I have made a new year's resolution to start yoga. I met Anoushka and have now become a yoga fanatic! i have a very stressful job and find yoga totally relaxes me. I can deal with high maintenance clients at work if I have done yoga as I feel calm. I thoroughly enjoy the classes and even get up to go to yoga at 7:00am! Anoushka is a great teacher and inspires me to practice. I always leave the class with a relaxed body and mind and a smile on my face!"
