Courses run 4 times a year with two –three week breaks for retreats and holidays.

All courses are based on a theme such as
 

  • Sivananda Yoga

  • Chakras

  • Parts of the body

  • Paths of Yoga

 

Class Structure:
 

• Relaxation and introduction of theme

• Warm up

• Sequences and postures according to theme

• deep relaxation and meditation

Pay As You Go

Drop in to any class for £14. This is subject to availability but as long as there’s space then you’re in.  There is no need to contact us beforehand but payment is to be made at the beginning of the class. We hope to see you soon.
 
If underneath you are keen to join a course for the benefits in progression, but unsure that you can make it each week, please note that classes can be made up at any time within the course. This is subject to availability. There is no need to contact us beforehand but please make yourself known at the beginning of the class.
 
If you are already booked onto a course and you wish to come to extra classes in the week you are welcome to pay as you go. If you wish to drop in for more sessions on a regular basis please contact us for more information regarding pricing.
