Courses run 4 times a year with two –three week breaks for retreats and holidays.

All courses are based on a theme such as
 

  • Sivananda Yoga

  • Chakras

  • Parts of the body

  • Paths of Yoga

 

Class Structure:
 

• Relaxation and introduction of theme

• Warm up

• Sequences and postures according to theme

• deep relaxation and meditation
