One To One Sessions

Providing you with one-to-one attention to work through your needs. Costs from £50 and can either be in the yoga hall or the comfort of your own home.
10 week one to one courses available.

Unsure about attending a group class? Book a one-on-one session to work through your concerns and provide a gentle introduction to yoga or work through a specific technique.

Classes are available weekdays, some Friday evenings and weekends. Private classes are particularly beneficial to develop a personal practice or to work through areas personal to you. Tish will work through a practice tailored to your needs. Classes are usually one hour and 15 -30 minutes.

Typical sessions always depend on the student needs but may include: -

* starting a yoga practice

* an active yang practice (if right for you)

* a receptive yin practice (this is a calm practice perfect for anyone over 50 or those working with injuries, but also a relieving and balancing practice to those with busy lives)

* yoga for ailments such as stress, insomnia, digestive issues, back pain, neurological disorders (such as parkinsons)

* work on new or challenging postures

* mindfulness meditation

* yoga philsophy for a complete lifestyle

*Thai yoga massage

Yoga with friends
Shape up with friends in a relaxing and fun environment. Small groups cost from £60 and can be held at Anoushka’s Yoga hall or in the convenience of your home or office

Pamper day sessions
Looking for something to do with friends or loved ones to truly pamper yourselves on a special day such as a hen day/hen weekend or even on your wedding day to completely relax? We can provide mats, eye pillows, and your favourite music to completely unwind and rejuvenate. Contact us for more information.

Partner Yoga
