Mum & Baby Yoga

 

The postnatal period is a time of huge change and adjustment.  This weekly class provides a nurturing and supportive environment to help you both adapt and enjoy this precious time.  Learn baby massage techniques and baby yoga stretches using songs, sounds and rhythms.  We also focus on yoga postures and breathing techniques suited to postnatal recovery to help restore energy, strength and balance.  No yoga experience necessary. These fun classes are suitable for mums and babies from 8 weeks to crawling.

If we don't have space we can possibly add another class depending on numbers. Please get in touch.

Advance booking for the 12 week course for £144 can be made online here or payment can be made by cheque or cash.  If you do not wish to book online, please contact us to secure your space as it is first come first served, and we will provide the address.
